• Digital or downloadable items are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. If there is a problem with your download send me an email.
• After payment confirmation is complete, you will be immediately sent a link to download to complete a short questionnaire via google forms.
• Once I receive your google form submission I will get started on your custom itinerary. Because every itinerary is different, it will take about 7-10 days to complete. I will keep you informed every step of the way!
• If for whatever reason you are unhappy with my services please don’t hesitate to reach out. I will do my best to make sure you are 100% satisfied!
• If for whatever reason I am unable to complete your custom itinerary, a full refund will be given.

What is Borderly Concierge?
Borderly Concierge is our premium custom itinerary planning service. Instead of spending hours researching destinations, transportation, budgets, and activities, we’ll create a personalized travel itinerary designed around your interests, travel style, budget, and schedule.

How is this different from using AI or Google?
The internet gives you information. Borderly Concierge gives you a personalized travel plan.

Every itinerary is thoughtfully designed around your individual preferences, travel pace, budget, and goals. Rather than piecing together advice from dozens of websites and videos, you’ll receive one organized itinerary tailored specifically to you.

What information do I need to provide?
After purchasing, you’ll complete a detailed travel questionnaire covering things like your destination, travel dates, budget, interests, preferred pace, accommodation style, and any must-see places or experiences.

The more information you provide, the more personalized your itinerary will be.

How long does it take to receive my itinerary?
Most itineraries are delivered within 7-10 business days. If you’re travelling soon, please let us know before purchasing.

Can you plan multi-country trips?
Absolutely!

Whether you’re backpacking through Southeast Asia, exploring Europe by train, or visiting multiple countries in Africa or South America, we’ll create a route that makes sense for your timeframe and travel style.

Are flights included?
No.

Borderly Concierge focuses on creating your personalized itinerary and travel recommendations.

We’ll recommend the best order to visit destinations and transportation options, but flights are booked separately by you.

Do you book hotels or tours?
No.

We provide carefully selected recommendations for accommodation, transportation, restaurants, and experiences, but all bookings are made directly by you.

This gives you complete flexibility and control over your trip.

Can you help with first time international travelers?
Absolutely.

Whether it’s your first passport stamp or your fiftieth, we’ll create an itinerary that matches your travel experience and comfort level.

Do you include visa and entry requirements?
Yes.

We’ll include any important entry requirements you should be aware of at the time your itinerary is created. However, travel requirements can change, so we always recommend checking the latest official government advice before departure.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements or accessibility needs?
Of course.

Simply include any dietary requirements, allergies, mobility needs, or accessibility preferences in your questionnaire and we’ll take them into account while planning your itinerary.

Can I request changes after I receive my itinerary?
Yes.

Every itinerary includes complimentary revisions to make sure your trip feels right for you.

What happens after I purchase?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your Borderly Concierge questionnaire.

After we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll begin creating your personalized itinerary and deliver it within the estimated turnaround time.

Why did you create Borderly Concierge?
After travelling solo across nearly 60 countries, I realised that planning international travel can feel overwhelming—even for experienced travellers.

Borderly Concierge was created to remove that overwhelm and give people the confidence to explore more of the world. My goal is simple: to make travel planning easier so you can spend less time researching and more time creating unforgettable experiences.
